There is only one.
A standalone 3BHK retreat villa with its own 26-foot pool, on a private 5,000 sq ft plot five minutes from Matrimandir.
Svasa means breath. It is a single villa on its own plot, not one of a row: a home built around light, water and quiet, five minutes from Matrimandir and ten from Serenity Beach.
Behind the gate are a double-height living room, a 26-foot pool with teak sun decks, three bedroom suites and a landscaped garden. Nurall's hospitality team looks after the rest, so the villa is ready whenever you are.

Raha Wellness Villas, Nurall's first homes near Auroville, sold out, and Raha Villa 1 is now ready. Buyers kept asking for more, so we are doubling down on Svasa: everything Raha owners love, on a plot of its own.
Light, air, water and green are designed in from the first sketch, not added at the end.
Spaces planned for rest, movement and time together, with hospitality that takes care of the rest.
